Learning, Connection, and Impact
As part of the Partnership Fund's professional development framework, the network of initiatives selected in each funding cycle participates twice a year in exclusive capacity-building workshops led by experienced professionals from the social sector. These workshops cover a wide range of essential topics, from resource development and philanthropic fundraising to marketing strategies, technology, and content creation. Each session is designed to strengthen professional skills, deepen knowledge, and foster meaningful connections among the participating initiatives.

Expert Consultants & Advisors
As part of the Partnership Fund's support and capacity building framework, each initiative is eligible based on its specific needs and following a coordination meeting to receive up to five hours of personalized consulting and mentoring.
Consulting is available across a wide range of areas, including resource development and fundraising, strategy, marketing, monitoring and evaluation, and other key organizational needs. These services are provided by a carefully selected pool of expert consultants, assembled specifically to support the Partnership Fund's network of initiatives throughout each funding cycle.

The ShutafutFund Fellows Program
The deep partnership between the Shutafut Fund, the President’s Initiative for a Shared Israeli Society, and the national framework of the “Time to Talk” initiative led to the creation of the Shutafut Fund Fellows Program.
This program brings together a cohort of leaders from the initiatives supported by the ShutafutFund, who will work both collectively and individually to advance the shared vision, strengthen grassroots work, expand influence among communities, and deepen connections between processes that promote resilience, hope, and shared life in the State of Israel.
Program Objectives
Strengthening familiarity and connections between the organizations and the President’s Residence and the “Time to Talk” initiative.
Facilitating in-depth dialogue on issues such as equality, values, belonging, identity, freedom of choice, managing complexity, solidarity, and the promotion of shared life among different groups in Israeli society.
Peer learning through exposure to ideas, dilemmas, and challenges from the field.
Strengthening connections between the organizations on the professional, values-based, and social levels.
Creating shared knowledge and tools for the social sector.
Developing a practical action plan within each organization and across the entire fellows’ network, enabling creative freedom, shared responsibility for learning, and joint leadership in advancing and implementing the program’s goals.
